After Germany and the UK, Amazon launches its business marketplace in the next European country, France.

In a move that further bolsters their B2B eCommerce presence in the European market, Amazon Business launches in France. Amazon Business is host to over 250 million products and serves over 90,000 customers ranging from small businesses to mammoth multi-nationals. Read more here.

PayPal launches two new ultra-portable card readers.

Shopify announces a 71% year on year revenue growth in its Q4 17 report.

Growing from strength to strength, Shopify reports a 71% year on year revenue growth with GMV exceeding $9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2017. Shopify’s CFO states that their merchants sold more in the fourth quarter of 2017 than in all of 2015. Read more here.
