This contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is a promotional event where participants can win prizes by registering and using a .store domain. The Contest is brought to you by .Store Domains, a division of Radix Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Radix”).
This contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is brought to you by .Store Domains (a division of Radix Technologies Inc.) (hereinafter referred to as “Radix”). Please read these terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. To the extent the Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the
Contest:
(a) You should be at least 18 years or above at the time of
entry into the Contest OR have an adult/guardian consent to participate in
and/or collect the prize on your behalf;
(b) You should have a valid
proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving
License / Voter ID / Passport/ Social Security Number and/or any relevant
Government Identification applicable for anyone who is at least 18 years in
their Country.
Employees of Radix Technologies Inc., their immediate family members
(spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and
grandchildren), and Radix Technologies Inc. affiliates, advisors, and advertising /
contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.
1. This Contest will be open until31st August 2024 11:59 PM GMT only ("Contest Period").
2. To enter, you must, during the Contest Period:
(a) Buy a
.store domain name from get.store or any other domain name registrar of your
choice
(b) Have a functioning website/online store using the purchased
.store domain.
Note: If you already own a .store domain and have a live online store on it, you are automatically eligible to participate as well
3. Each .store domain constitutes one entry. Multiple entries from the same person or business are allowed if they have multiple websites that are fully operational and actively selling products on .store domains.

1. It is mandatory to have a live store on a .store domain as on 31st August 2024 in order to eligible to win
2. Entries must promote a business that sells a product that can be sold and fulfilled via U.S. based ecommerce storefronts legally, expressly excluding any business which is engaged in the sale, lease, rental, or subscription services of or related to any of the following: cannabis, alcohol, pornography, firearms, knives, explosives (or any other weapons), pharmaceutical or naturopathic products, currency, cryptocurrency (or any other financial instruments), products comprised of mobile or other electronic applications, illegal or hateful materials (including without limitation any materials which promote or condone hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical status, or other forms of discriminatory intolerance)
3. Websites containing filler and/or placeholder content created with or without AI or similar tools and solely for the purpose of participating in the contest will be disqualified from winning
Disclaimer: Any graphics of the Prize, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are for representation purposes only. The actual monetary prize will be in the form of United States Dollars. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or services. However, in circumstances beyond Radix Technologies Inc.’s control, Radix Technologies Inc. may substitute a similar alternative prize of equivalent value at Radix Technologies Inc.'s sole discretion. Any additional taxes, expenses or charges levied by the government, financial institutions or legal authorities on the Prize will not be borne by Radix Technologies Inc.
The grand prize winner will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the quality of the brand, website, and product, business potential, and business longevity.
The total prize pool is $10,000 USD in cash, split as follows:
There will be a total of 26 winners: 1 grand prize winner and 25 sweepstake prize winners. Winners of the sweepstakes are still eligible to win the grand prize.
The sweepstakes winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by Radix, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

Failure to (i) meet the eligibility criteria, (ii) comply with these T&Cs and / or (iii) claim the prizewithin five (5) days, will result in the prize being forfeited.
By agreeing to participate and enter into this Contest, you agree that you have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of Driving License / Voter ID / Passport and if selected for a prize, you may be required to share the said documents along with the required Bank Account details to transfer the Prize money with Radix Technologies Inc. as and when requested.
Subject to the winner claiming the Prize within the given time period as per the instructions from Radix, the Prize will be transferred to the winner on or before 31st December, 2024. The eligibility for claiming a Prize is limited to one per winner, unless they are both a sweepstake winner and the grand prize winner. Any additional taxes, expenses or charges levied by the government, financial institutions or legal authorities on the Prize will not be borne by Radix Technologies Inc.
To ensure fair competition, we require that each entry represents a unique, functional online store with genuine products or services, not just placeholder sites. Websites containing filler and/or placeholder content created with or without AI or similar tools and solely for the purpose of participating in the contest will be disqualified from winning.
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for receiving promotional and other materials for .STORE Domains. You can opt-out from these at any time by following the unsubscription instructions present in the emails.
Radix Technologies Inc. may, in its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, change any of the terms of these T&Cs, change or cancel any of the prizes, or change or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest for any reason (including but not limited to viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries).
Radix Technologies Inc. is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
Radix Technologies Inc. may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any of Radix Technologies Inc.’s or its affiliate's property, including www.get.store; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that their entry is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not violate any laws. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radix Technologies Inc. from any claims arising out of their entry.
The authorized registrant of the .store domain used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same .store domain. No benefits greater than those described in the "Details of the Contest and How to Enter" and "Contest Rules and Prizes" sections above in these T&Cs will be awarded.
The Contest and all accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Radix Technologies Inc.. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions made by Radix Technologies Inc. related to the Contest are final and binding on you. Failure by Radix Technologies Inc. to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of UAE and courts at UAE shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrest, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Radix Technologies Inc. ("Force Majeure Event"). Radix Technologies Inc. shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
Participants retain ownership of their stores. However, by submitting an entry, participants grant Radix Technologies Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reproduce the domain name and online store in connection with the Contest and promotional activities.
This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Radix Technologies Inc., and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Radix Technologies Inc. and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Radix’s negligence.
